Climate Experts of Delmarva is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. William “Steve” Mills is a 3rd generation to offer HVAC needs to Sussex County as well as surrounding areas. Steve’s Grandfather started in 1947 in Bethany. Steve grew up in Sussex County watching as his Father service the HVAC needs of Bethany Beach and surrounding areas. Steve has been doing HVAC for 30 plus years. He has earned his Master’s in HVAC as well as obtaining a Civil Engineering and Business Management degrees. After working for other area HVAC companies Steve was ready to open up his own company. Climate Experts is a licensed and insured HVAC retailing, servicing and maintenance company which offer a wide range of service revolving around HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
